Week 16

Monday:

Today I tried finishing the Illustration brief, getting a reference image and simplifying it. I also want to add some chocolate pots to the illustrations that include the sailing boat, named the Endurance, this is because I met two people who sailed on the Northabout ( the boat the story is based on) and they had a funny story that included some Nutella, so for a little inside joke that no one will notice unless they see the mini-documentary Via Sedna.

Tuesday:

Today we have a meeting with the Ilusstrater, Im going to present my brief and talk him through everything that I want to show.

Wednesday:

today it is reiteration and changing the booklets, we got some playtests back so I'm tweaking the booklet and printing the new one by the end of the day

Thursday:

It's the same thing as yesterday, gathering more feedback and making changes to the newer booklet, conserving what people like, and getting rid of / altering what people dislike or struggle with.

I'm not writing much in my logs as I'm concentrating on shipping prototypes and making the changes. mainly due to the fact we gave the illustrator the brief, so if changes need to be made to those pages then he needs to know ASAP

Friday:

Today I'm going to focus on the same things as every other day, but I'm also going to focus a bit on the polish, such as where elements are placed and getting elements consistent. I want to make sure that it feels good to play and doesn't feel like things are a bit all over the place.
